Postcard from Second Life

I purchased a domain name and now I'm starting to set things up. Like Linden Labs, I am looking into many open-source products to tie together. Some of the products will allow me to open up my business so that others may assist me. One thing I would very much like to get a handle on is a help desk system to support my products. Unlike fashion design, once a gadget is released, many people tend to need help using it, or have features they would like to see. I feel as if I am falling behind in some of this, as my instant messages are always capped when I log in. Soon, I may have an answer to fix all of this through one web site.
